AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE: However, to provide the Service, the opening hours of the restaurants “KOOK” Restaurant from 11:00 AM to 01:00 AM for All Days of Week. If the user tries to place an order at home outside the delivery area or opening hours of “KOOK” Restaurant, or if the App is not available for any reason, we will notify you that the order will not be possible before confirming the order. These limitations or restrictions will be opportunely communicated to the User in each specific case.
MAKE AN ORDER: The User can select the type of Service desired from the main page of the App, opting for whether he wants to eat in the Restaurant or outside it. The products subject to contracting are those included in the App. The User may obtain a description of the main characteristics of the products in the App itself.
Eating out of the restaurant
To place an order to take home delivery, the desired products are selected until the order is completed. Once completed, a summary of the order and the applicable prices will be displayed, allowing the user to modify their order, select the time to receive the Service, as well as the Restaurant of their choice ("take- away" service) or delivery address ( service "at home") in relation to the order before confirming the purchase and accessing the payment gateway.
Once the card payment has been made, the User will receive a confirmation message with an identifier and the cost of the purchase, as well as a summary of the order placed.
Likewise, a section within the App is enabled to evaluate the attention that Users have received from the “KOOK” Restaurant service staff, accessible from the main screen of the App. In this way, the User can evaluate the attention received and send comments about each one of the waiters at the “KOOK” Restaurant.
